What the charts mean
With all the extraordinary events going on today, elevated levels of stress and anxiety are everywhere and more and more people are concerned about their mental health. The YMI assessment looks back through your life, all the way through your childhood to your genetic expressions, to look at how you’re “built” and then uses the guidance of multiple experts to predict your probabilities of developing mental conditions. If your chart looks like this, you may not really need therapy. Low probabilities don’t mean you won’t develop a mental condition, but the way you’re “built” can reduce the likelihood. So if your chart looks like this, feel good about your situation, lead a healthy lifestyle and come back next year to re-assess.

Mid-level assessments are common...
This chart shows some mid-range probabilities of multiple conditions (It’s common for various mental conditions to co-exist). This doesn’t mean full-blown conditions will develop but there are some clear predispositions and taking a proactive, preventative approach may provide benefit without psychotherapist intervention or drugs. Note some relevant products and services are linked on the Chart – you can see them here.

Changing your mental condition without therapy or drugs...
The two charts below are for a person whose original assessment was touching the high range. This person used a credit to re-enter the assessment (5 credits come with the membership) and change lifestyle answers to see the predicted affect on the conditions going forward in time. There are trajectory charts for each of 7 common mental conditions (the following ones are for Anxiety). The predicted AFTER trajectory seen here is due solely to lifestyle changes without therapy or drugs. The effect of lifestyle changes takes time and it’s best to return in six months to a year to re-assess the effect of your actual lifestyle changes. No other online system can do this.

YMI directs to the largest independent psychotherapist directory in North America (click on Therapist Directories on the chart) and there are no fees, hidden or otherwise, for doing so. Importantly, YMI-referred psychotherapists are not limited to any single tele-health platform so there is a much larger choice and a higher likelihood of reaching a therapist you feel comfortable with. No other online service offers the privacy, assessment depth and therapist availability that YMI does.
